Return Process

  Log in to your CBH Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Secure your sports gear in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
